Role Overview
CGI is looking for a skilled and collaborative Azure Data Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in Databricks to help design, build, and scale data solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. If you enjoy working in complex data ecosystems and transforming raw data into meaningful insights, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Data Engineering Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering robust, scalable data pipelines and collaborating with clients and internal teams to unlock the full potential of their data.
- Design and implement ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Synapse, and Azure SQL.
- Build batch and streaming data pipelines with Spark/PySpark on Azure Databricks.
- Work with large-scale, complex datasets from diverse sources in enterprise environments.
- Write advanced SQL and Python code to support data transformations and analytics.
