Role Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects built on Microsoft platforms. You will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands Microsoft technologies, and excels at client communication and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Microsoft technologies (Fabric, Azure, Power BI, M365)
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and change requests
  • Coordinate delivery teams including data engineers, developers, and analysts
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams
  • Track progress and report project status to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure adherence to delivery best practices and governance standards
  • Support resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Microsoft-based technology projects
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystems (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, or M365)
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Experience using project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Planner, etc.)
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft or PMI certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Azure)
  • Experience working with data, analytics, or AI projects
  • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
  • Exposure to cloud migration or modernization projects
