Role Overview

The ARO Specialist will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters to support containerized workloads. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and compliance while optimizing performance and cost in a hybrid cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cluster Deployment & Management: Design and implement Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters, configure networking, storage, and security, manage cluster lifecycle, upgrades, and patching.
  • Container Platform Operations: Support containerized application deployments using Kubernetes and OpenShift, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor cluster health and troubleshoot issues.
  • Security & Compliance: Apply RBAC, network policies, and encryption for secure workloads, ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (e.G., RBI, PCI DSS for BFSI).
