Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of assigned B2B journeys from end to end, overseeing performance tracking, strategic direction, and alignment with executive stakeholders.
  • Establish and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing questions, risks, and issues.
  • Lead prioritization, forecasting, and governance efforts to ensure initiatives align with overall transformation goals.
  • Direct resource planning and cross-functional delivery, resolving issues while overseeing demand management and budget analysis.
  • Facilitate business reviews and produce executive-level reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) that is accurate, insightful, and action-oriented.
  • Monitor progress against plans and clearly communicate status updates, including recommendations for corrective actions and ongoing improvements
