Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Customer Service Executive to support our operations in the Brazilian market. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing international student enrollments, maintaining the student database, managing invoices, and providing high-quality support and guidance to partner agencies, students, and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
Manage student enrollments in our schools located in the United States, Canada, Europe, and other destinations.
Support the B2B Sales Team in Brazil in meeting its sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partner agencies.
Provide prompt and effective assistance regarding visas, payments, and student arrivals.
Ensure efficient, proactive, and friendly customer service to both agencies and internal teams.
