We’re looking for a B2B Customer Success Representative to own venue relationships end-to-end—demo, close, onboard, and activate bookings. If you enjoy working with clients, driving results, and building long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Run remote product demos with sports venue owners/managers

  • Close B2B partnerships and onboard venues

  • Ensure venues go live and achieve their first booking fast

  • Maintain relationships to drive usage and retention
