Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Business Development Specialist to generate qualified leads via LinkedIn.

This is not a sales closing role.
Your main responsibility is to identify relevant companies, establish first contact, and book qualified calls for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research relevant B2B companies based on defined ICPs
  • Find and validate decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain)
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups)
  • Present ArcticX services in a clear, relevant, and professional way
  • Generate qualified leads and discovery calls
  • Maintain CRM / tracking of outreach activities and responses
  • Continuously improve messaging based on reply rates and feedback
