Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Business Development Specialist to generate qualified leads via LinkedIn.
This is not a sales closing role.
Your main responsibility is to identify relevant companies, establish first contact, and book qualified calls for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant B2B companies based on defined ICPs
- Find and validate decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain)
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups)
- Present ArcticX services in a clear, relevant, and professional way
- Generate qualified leads and discovery calls
- Maintain CRM / tracking of outreach activities and responses
- Continuously improve messaging based on reply rates and feedback
