About the Role
Union Living is looking for a driven B2 B Executive to strengthen our business development funnel. This role focuses on generating qualified B2 B leads and booking meetings with potential partners, institutions, corporates, and channel partners for our premium co-living and student accommodation offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2 B prospects aligned with Union Living’s offerings
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, Linked In outreach, and other channels
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, scale, and intent
- Book and coordinate meetings for the sales / partnerships team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and meetings in CRM or trackers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach messaging and targeting
