EM360Tech is looking for a B2B Lead Quality Manager who understands how demand generation actually works in a B2B enterprise environment, not just how leads are captured, but how they’re qualified, validated, and trusted by sales and clients.

This is not a volume role and it’s not “set and forget.” We’re looking for someone who understands enterprise buyers , can think strategically about lead quality and knows how to translate content-driven engagement (podcasts, reports, and thought leadership) into properly qualified, sales-ready MQLs .

You’ll work across our content-led demand engine, including podcasts, videocasts, reports, and editorial ensuring that leads generated through channels are scored correctly, verified consistently, and delivered in line with agreed client SLAs .
