Position Overview
TP-Link is looking for an experienced B2B Manager to lead and execute the local B2B sales strategy. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading the B2B and inside sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the local B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Manage and expand relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and system integrators.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
Oversee the B2B sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are met.
Work closely with marketing, inside sales, and pre-sales teams to drive demand and conversions.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals and inside sales representatives.
Requirements
Senior-level experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or networking solutions.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
