Help build and scale Sodarizers B2B sales engine.
Sodarizer is a fast-growing food & beverage startup that helps people enjoy refreshing soda at home, and now we are expanding our B2B presence. We are hiring a B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead a small team, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue across both big brands and high-volume smaller clients.

What youll do

  • Lead and coach a team of B2B Sales Representatives to hit ambitious but realistic sales targets.
  • Build and improve repeatable B2B sales processes, scripts, and playbooks for different customer segments.
  • Identify and close B2B opportunities with brands, distributors, and business customers.
  • Manage both key accounts and a portfolio of smaller clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
