We collaborate with contemporary Indian artists to design premium corporate gifting and brand objects that live beyond the occasion and become part of culture.
Over 200 brands including Google, Meta, Starbucks, Lamborghini and others have partnered with us across leadership gifting, employee engagement, and milestone programs.
We have been featured on Shark Tank India Season 2 and covered by The New York Times, The Guardian, and Forbes.
Corporate gifting and B2 B relationships are a key growth focus for us this year.
The role
We are hiring a B2 B partnerships and corporate gifting lead to own and grow our corporate gifting business end to end.
This role focuses primarily on corporate gifting. Broader B2 B partnerships will emerge naturally through long term client relationships.
This is not cold calling.
This is not discount led sales.
This is not volume chasing.
This role is about relationship building, clear communication, disciplined follow ups, and repeat business.
Key responsibilities
• Own the B2 B corporate gifting pipeline from lead to closure
• Build relationships with HR, culture, admin, leadership teams, and agencies
• Pitch from a defined corporate gifting catalogue with clear pricing and frameworks
• Convert one time gifting projects into repeat corporate programs
• Manage client conversations from pitch deck to final delivery
• Coordinate internally to meet timelines, quality, and margins
• Track leads, follow ups, and closures using a CRM
Skills and experience
• 2 to 6 years experience in corporate gifting
• Experience selling premium, curated, or brand led products to corporates
• Comfortable with CRM tools like Apollo, Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar
• Experience with Linked In and email based outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organised, reliable, and consistent in follow up

• A clean and predictable corporate gifting pipeline
• Increasing repeat corporate clients
• Strong client relationships and renewals
• Healthy margins without constant negotiation
• Reduced founder involvement in daily B2 B sales
Compensation
Fixed salary with performance based incentives linked to quality closures and repeat business, not volume.
