B2B prospect list

I am an investor in small private companies in Wisconsin. I need a highly accurate, structured prospecting list of private companies that meet specific criteria.
This is NOT a generic scraping job. I need thoughtful filtering and clean data.
Scope of Work:
Build a master spreadsheet of privately held companies located in Wisconsin. We must be able to capture the zip code / county for each company, as I will divide the companies into geographic cohorts within Wisconsin.
Target Company Profile:

• Privately owned

• Estimated revenue: $5M–$20M

• Estimated employees: 10–50

• In/close to Milwaukee (SE Wisconsin)

• City / Zip code

• County

• Industry / Description - can't be too generic, see Attachment for ideal example

• NAICS (if available)

• Estimated Revenue (source noted)
