Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Strategically identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and manage email outreach campaigns – both personalized 1:1 emails and targeted bulk campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Lemlist.
  • Research and segment prospect lists based on target criteria (industry, job function, region, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.



- Sales Enablement

  • Follow up with warm leads via email or call to qualify them and pass them to the sales pipeline.
  • Support the sales process by setting appointments, preparing brief prospect notes, and updating CRM regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead gen efforts with ongoing campaigns and content.
