We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Professionals – AI & SaaS (India & Global Markets)

Location: Bangalore | Full-Time

Open Positions: 10 ( Junior and Senior Levels)

Experience: 1 to 10 years.

Rubixe is expanding its global sales team. We are looking for driven B2B Sales professionals who are excited about selling cutting-edge AI products and SaaS solutions to enterprises across India and international markets.

Role Overview

As part of our B2B Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients, building strong relationships, and positioning Rubixe’s AI solutions as high-impact business enablers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales for AI and SaaS products across India and Rest of the World
  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and partners
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success
  • Participate in domestic and international travel for client meetings, events, and partnerships
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets


Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience: 1 to 10 years in B2B sales
  • Preferred background in Software / SaaS / AI product sales
  • Proven ability to sell to enterprise and global clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
