This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a motivated and results‑driven B2B Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage inbound lead conversion, client servicing, and booking coordination. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in consultative sales, and driven to maximize earnings through a performance‑based commission structure.

This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from Facebook and Google Ads leads, as well as existing clients. The busy season runs from October through December, with steady activity from March through November. You’ll work directly with the business owner and have full access to company systems and tools to ensure success.
