We’re expanding across Arizona and looking for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Outside Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and helping business owners stay compliant and protected.
What You’ll Do
- Find and close new B2B accounts (restaurants, hotels, property managers, commercial kitchens)
- Build long-term relationships with owners and decision-makers
- Conduct site assessments and recommend fire and life safety solutions (we’ll train you)
- Deliver clear, professional proposals and close deals with confidence
- Manage your pipeline and track results in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (technical or service industry preferred)
- Self-starter who loves independence and responsibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working occasionally on rooftops and using ladders
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
