Role Overview -  We are hiring a Sales Executive (B2B) to own the sales cycle from qualified lead to close. This role focuses on discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and closing new business.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close
  • Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads 
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and deal updates in CRM
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and delivery teams


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or closing experience
  • Must speak Bengali
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable selling via calls, video meetings, and demos
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)


Nice to Have:

  • SaaS, tech, or services sales experience
  • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise deals
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution selling
