B2B Sales executive

1. Data Sourcing and Lead Management
• Identify and source leads of business owners, founders, CFOs, and finance heads
• Use LinkedIn, Google, referrals, CA networks, and offline sources
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/internal tracking systems
2. Client Meetings & Requirement Analysis
• Conduct meetings to understand GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and compliance needs
• Identify gaps, notices, penalties, and advisory requirements
• Position Aasan Tax as a complete compliance partner
3. Sales Proposals & Coordination
• Prepare service proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with operations team for scope, timelines, and pricing
4. Sales Conversion & Incentives
• Close deals and onboard clients
• Earn incentives on each successful conversion as per company policy
• Ensure profitability while offering value-driven solutions
5. Client Coordination & Retention
• Act as a single point of contact between client and compliance team
• Follow up for documents, renewals, and additional services
• Maintain long-term client relationships
