Pinnacle Intelligence is actively seeking aCustomer Service Expert with a strong background in B2B sales , particularly aBPO environment .

This is not your typical customer service role. You'll work directly withcorporate vehicle sellers , managing the full client journey—from lead qualification to appraisal coordination and offer presentation. About the Role

As a key point of contact for business clients, you’ll manage incoming leads, coordinate internal processes, and deliver high-level client service. Your role will be essential in maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and strong B2B relationships throughout the sales process.
