Job Description
We're a tech-enabled recruitment and interview-as-a-service platform working with startups, unicorns, and enterprises across India and the US.
Looking for someone who can own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to demos to closing — selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and TA Heads.
You should have:
- 4-7 years in B2B sales at a SaaS / tech services company.
- Experience selling to senior technical or talent leadership — not just HR coordinators
- Ability to run product demos confidently without sounding scripted
- A track record of carrying and hitting individual revenue targets
- Strong communication — the kind where a CTO takes you seriously in the first 5 minutes
Good to have:
- Sold into the hiring / HR-tech / talent ecosystem before
- Familiarity with recruitment industry dynamics
