Overview

Your Mission: As B2B & Sales Manager, you will shape and scale AIRE’s B2B ecosystem in Europe by creating meaningful, high-value partnerships that drive revenue, strengthen the brand, and generate long-term business impact.

What You Will Do
  • B2B Business Development
    • Develop and close B2B sales opportunities for AIRE experiences across European markets.
    • Sell corporate gift solutions, bespoke experiences, and venue buyouts for corporate events, incentives, product launches, and loyalty initiatives.
    • Proactively generate new business through direct outreach and outbound sales activity.
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Events, s and Executive teams).
  • Strategic Partnerships
