🔹 Team Manager – B2B Sales (m/f/d)

My client, an innovative and fast-growing technology company, is looking for an experienced and driven Team Manager to lead their B2B Sales Team. Remote or Hamburg

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and has a proven track record in B2B sales—ideally within the tech or SaaS sector. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, coaching a high-performing team, and shaping the company’s sales strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of B2B sales professionals
  • Define and implement sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs, provide regular feedback and support
  • Act as a key contact for high-value clients and complex negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and senior management
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new sales team members
  • Analyze sales data, report results, and make data-driven decisions
  • Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital services
  • Proven leadership experience and team management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
