We are currently looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, who provides complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, achieving Sales targets, handling customer service, keeping up with company ‘s KPI s and building an expansive network of professional referrals in the designated area of responsibility. Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
What will you do:
- Present, promote and sell company‘s products, services and special offers to prospective and existing customers.
- Implements sales strategy through direct channels for the Small Medium Enterprises Business Customers segments.
- Act as an ‘Energy advisor’ by providing solid analysis and information regarding the company‘s products offer and services and by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential/existing customers to meet their needs.
- Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity.
- Prepares sales contracts and monitors the contract procedure.
- Keep oneself up to date with the company‘s latest products & services on offer.
- Keep oneself up to date with competition‘s products & services and Greek energy market trends and updates.
- Sales Leads management and Follow up.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through local market scanning, taking benefit of leads, cold calling and D2D approach
- Create routing plan in collaboration with the Indirect Sales Team Leader.
- Reach and exceed personal sales targets, lead generation management targets and KPI s
- Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest promptly them to the Indirect Sales Team Leader.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Handle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening.
- Follow Company’s communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Aim to resolve issues end to end.
- Provide customer feedback to the Indirect Sales Team Leader.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer’s confidence, offering suggestions and opinions
What you need to be successful:
- Good to have a BSc in Business or Social Sciences
- At least 2 years of experience as aB2B sales representative
- Sales skills, initiative and effectiveness
- Responsibility and consistency
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Multi-tasking, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Strong contact handling skills and active listening
- Team spirit and positive mental attitude
- Reach out to customer leads through local markets scanning, taking benefit of lead generation.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
