Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring continued business growth.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing any concerns.
Sales Activities:
Use digital tools, including WhatsApp, emails, and video calls, to sell products and maintain contact with clients.
Process orders accurately and promptly, managing the order fulfillment process.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding pending orders, payments, or deliveries.
Market Awareness & Trend Analysis:
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the latest collections and best-selling items.
Sales Targets & Performance:
Maintain accurate records of client orders, sales, and communication in Google Sheets and other CRM tools.
Multitasking & Client Management:
Offer personalized sales experiences to clients over video calls or in-person meetings as required.
Customer Service Excellence:
Handle client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, working to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
