Job Summary  

BioArt is looking for B2B Sales Executive - Salons, Spa & Aesthetic Centers  to expand our presence across professional beauty and wellness channels. The role focuses on onboarding partners and driving bulk and repeat sales of BioArt’s nutraceutical products for professional recommendation and retail. 

Key Responsibilities   

  • Identify, approach, and onboard salons, spas, and aesthetic centers  
  • Build strong relationships with clinic owners, dermatologists, cosmetologists, and managers 
  • Position BioArt products for professional recommendation, in-clinic retail, and wellness programs 
  • Drive bulk orders, monthly re-orders, and long-term partnerships 
  • Conduct product demos and basic training for partner teams 
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms 
  • Track leads, conversions, and sales performance 
  • Coordinate with internal teams for supply, invoicing, and fulfilment 
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights 

Requirements & Qualifications   

  • 3-6 years of B2B / institutional sales experience in salons, spa, clinics, or aesthetic centers  
  • Strong understanding of the professional beauty & wellness ecosystem 
  • Proven ability to close bulk and repeat business 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills 
  • Willingness to travel locally for partner onboarding and relationship management
