B2B Servicing - Travel Agent

Back Department: Sales
Location: Verona Villafranca
Contract: fixed-term

We are looking for an English speaking Travel Agent Operator to be based in Verona Villafranca.

Main Functions:
  • Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
  • Assist customers effectively by solving customer disputes
  • Provide customer additional information or explains services
  • Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
  • Complete data entry as required
  • Accurately capture customer information.
    • Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and handling of air ticketing for individual reservations, group reservations and special services
  • An extensive knowledge of air fares
  • Good knowledge of Amadeus or any other CRS
