We’re seeking a B2B Support Specialist to join one of the world’s leading iGaming providers. In this role, you’ll ensure an exceptional partner experience by providing efficient support, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong internal communication across teams.


Responsibilities




  • Provide timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries through internal communication channels




  • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and follow up until resolution is achieved to ensure a seamless partner experience
