Overview

  • Own end-to-end management of assigned B2C and B2P (Provider) journey(s), including performance monitoring, strategic planning, and executive alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively resolving questions and issues.
  • Drive initiative prioritization, forecasting, and governance to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
  • Lead resource planning, cross-functional execution, and issue remediation while managing demand and budget analysis.
  • Manage business reviews and develop executive reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc) with accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Track progress against plans and communicate updates, including recommendations for remediation and continuous improvement.
