Role: B2C Sales Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a relationship-led sales professional who has sold premium medical services or executive health programs, or medical concierge services.
This role involves engaging High Net worth individuals and families, understanding their healthcare needs, and converting them into long-term members of our medical concierge programs through trust & relationship led, consultative selling .
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship-Led Sales
- Handle the inbound inquiries and curated outbound outreach.
- Conduct structured yet warm consultations to understand health concerns, expectations form HNI families
- Position Proxycare’s medical concierge memberships as a long-term health partnership
High-Value Conversions
- Present the plan clearly, confidently, guiding the prospects through pricing, inclusions, and care journeys.
- Close memberships while maintaining a premium experience.
Premium Client Handling
- Maintain discretion and professionalism with HNIs, CXOs, and elite families.
- Build rapport that drives renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
- Coordinate onboarding handovers with Client engagement teams for a seamless Onboarding experience
Qualifications:
- Relevant Sales experience in B2C premium healthcare services, executive wellness, or medical concierge services.
- Experience selling high-ticket & trust-based services
- Strong conversational ability, emotional intelligence, and closing skills.
- Experience with annual memberships, family plans, or subscription-based services.
- Background in clinics or brands serving HNIs, or luxury consumers.
