We are currently searching for a Senior CRM Business Analyst (Dynamics 365):
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Prioritize enhancement requests to improve and expand CRM capabilities.
- Work with developers and project managers to ensure timely design, build, and delivery of applications and infrastructure components.
- Ensure requirements are clear and well documented.
- Oversee project rigor including planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.
- Implement best practices for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Microsoft developers and internal stakeholders, to align CRM functionality with business needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with CRM implementations.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Office 365, Power BI, Azure, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired
- Experience balancing BAU enhancements with new project initiatives.
- Knowledge of license management and CRM platform governance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
