Role Summary

This role focuses on enabling Agentic AI solutions across the full GTM funnel—ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The RevOps BA will define workflows, data models, and KPIs for forecasting, pipeline management, customer lifecycle operations, and revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

RevOps Domain Expertise

Document End-to-end Revenue Workflows

Funnel governance

Pipeline & forecast hygiene

Customer lifecycle management

Renewals and churn

Billing → Revenue recognition (high-level)

Define GTM alignment structures (MQL/SQL definitions, SLAs, handoff rules).

AI Opportunity Identification & Requirements

Identify cross-functional automation and AI opportunities across GTM systems.
