Position Overview:

We are looking for a Back Desk Manager to join our team at SMR Jewels. This role will be a key player in maintaining smooth front and back desk operations, assisting clients, and ensuring a welcoming environment. As a Back Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and you'll be responsible for helping maintain the efficient day-to-day operations of the store. We're looking for someone with a long-term vision, a passion for customer service, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front and Back Desk Operations : Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the front desk and internal back-office functions.
  • Client Interaction : Greet and assist clients with professionalism, addressing any inquiries and providing information about our jewelry collections.
  • Maintain a Welcoming Environment : Ensure the showroom and office area are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers and visitors.
  • Customer Service : Provide high-quality customer service, building rapport and creating positive experiences for each client.
  • Administrative Support : Handle scheduling, documentation, and other back-office administrative tasks as needed.
  • Product Knowledge : Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of SMR Jewels' products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the team to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
