We are building a backend-heavy, AI-driven automation platform focused on real-time systems, voice agents, and LLM-powered workflows. Our product combines low-latency Web Socket experiences, scalable APIs, background processing, and modern cloud infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a backend engineer who enjoys system design, working close to infrastructure, and shipping production-grade AI systems.
What You’ll Do
Design and build scalable backend services and REST APIs
Implement and scale real-time systems using Web Sockets and async workflows
Develop background workers and queues for async processing
Integrate AI/LLM APIs (Open AI or similar) for intelligent workflows
Build backend logic for AI orchestration, validation, and fallback handling
Work on voice pipelines (STT/TTS, streaming, call workflows) where applicable
Design database schema...
