What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend applications using Node.js
  • Build and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile platforms
  • Design efficient data models and work with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Debug production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality features
  • Participate in code reviews , ensuring clean code and best engineering practices
  • Assist with deployment, server environments, and release processes


What We're Looking For


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in backend development
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS or Express.js
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await)
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Basic hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience writing tests using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript )
  • Experience with SASS/LESS
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Exposure to system design and scalable backend patterns
