An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Back End Developer to join our talented team.

As one of our backend development team members, you will engage in a range of challenging activities, including:

• Leading Ruby on Rails development initiatives for our SaaS platform
• Designing and architecting scalable, maintainable solutions
• Conducting code reviews
• Driving technical decisions and setting architectural direction
• Collaborating with Product Managers on technical solutions for major client deals
• Championing best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Identifying and resolving complex performance and scalability challenges
• Promoting strategic projects to align the company with evolving technical requirements
