Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred
• Experienced in development of web‑based, client‑server applications and service components utilizing
• .NET Framework (C#); ASP.Net, .NET core, etc.
• Experienced in web programming technologies; JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experienced in development using ArcPy and Python
• Experienced in web services implementation, SOAP & REST
• Experienced in ArcGIS Javascript API and ArcGIS Platform
• Experienced with at least 3 projects in GIS Programming consisting of any of the following
• ArcGIS Pro using ArcGIS Pro.NET, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Runtime
• Experienced in enterprise databases in Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
