Back End Developer

We are looking for a Senior Rust Backend Engineer to join a fast-growing, AI-driven infrastructure environment focused on rebuilding and scaling a modern data stack. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you will design, build, and operate production-grade backend systems used in performance-critical environments.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers and stakeholders to shape backend architecture, improve system reliability, and deliver highly performant services at scale.

• Design and build scalable, high-performance backend services using Rust
• Contribute to architectural decisions across distributed systems
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and core backend infrastructure
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data persistence and caching
• Build and operate systems in AWS environments
