We're partnered with an awesome company based in Helsinki who are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to scale their core optimization platform and take a leading role in shaping the technical architecture. Their software orchestrates assets like batteries, solar, and wind in real time which making green energy scalable, profitable, and reliable.
The Team:
They're a mission-driven, technically sharp team based in Helsinki, working at the intersection of energy, real-time data, and optimization. You'll join a close-knit group of engineers, DevOps, and product experts, all passionate about accelerating the shift to clean energy.
Key Points:
Hybrid setup with 2/3 days/week in Helsinki HQ
Occasional customer site visits in scenic locations (optional but encouraged)

Build and scale backend systems with Go and/or Python
