Back End Developer

What you will own

- Design and build scalable, resilient backend systems from the ground up for AI-native finance and accounting automation platform

- Architect data models for complex CRE finance workflows (AP, AR, lease accounting, multientity reconciliation)

- Build high-performance APIs and microservices using Python/Go with event-driven

architectures

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB schemas for financial data at scale

- Build integrations with accounting systems (Yardi, NetSuite, MRI, QuickBooks, JD Edwards)

- Integrate LLM APIs and build orchestration layers for multi-agent workflows (LangGraph,

CrewAI)

- Design human-in-the-loop workflows, exception handling systems, and accuracy monitoring pipelines

- Own end-to-end technical architecture decisions and make critical build vs. buy choices
