Back End Developer

What you will own

• Design and build scalable, resilient backend systems from the ground up for AI-native finance and accounting automation platform

• Architect data models for complex CRE finance workflows (AP, AR, lease accounting, multientity reconciliation)

• Build high-performance APIs and microservices using Python/Go with event-driven

architectures

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB schemas for financial data at scale

• Build integrations with accounting systems (Yardi, NetSuite, MRI, QuickBooks, JD Edwards)

• Integrate LLM APIs and build orchestration layers for multi-agent workflows (LangGraph,

CrewAI)

• Design human-in-the-loop workflows, exception handling systems, and accuracy monitoring pipelines

• Own end-to-end technical architecture decisions and make critical build vs. buy choices
