Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Background
- Prior experience in a startup, with demonstrated success in backend engineering platform across multiple dimensions.
- Experience building and operating enterprise-grade Saa S platforms.
- Exposure to analytics-heavy or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
Technical Foundation
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, Dev Ops, and reliability engineering.
