Job Title: Backend Developer (Mid–Senior / Senior)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain backend systems across multiple technologies
  • Develop and integrate microservices using different backend stacks
  • Own backend architecture, performance, and scalability
  • Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across product, frontend, and DevOps
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and backend best practices

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong experience in microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with multiple backend technologies, including:
  • Node.js
  • PHP (Laravel)
  • Python
  • Java
  • Strong experience developing Web APIs
  • Solid experience with relational databases
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent learning skills and strong technical ownership

Nice to Have (Advantage)

  • Experience building or scaling SaaS platforms
  • Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
  • Exposure to frontend technologies
  • Background in TravelTech, E-commerce, Booking Systems, or FinTech
