Job Description

Job Title: Backend Developer (Mid–Senior / Senior)
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend systems across multiple technologies
Develop and integrate microservices using different backend stacks
Own backend architecture, performance, and scalability
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
Collaborate with distributed teams across product, frontend, and DevOps
Take ownership of technical decisions and backend best practices
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience
Strong experience in microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with multiple backend technologies, including:
Node.js
PHP (Laravel)
Python
Java
Strong experience developing Web APIs
Solid experience with relational databases
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent learning skills and strong technical ownership
Nice to Have (Advantage)
Experience building or scaling SaaS platforms
