About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Backend Tech Lead with strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) to drive the design, architecture, and development of scalable backend systems. You will play a critical role in mentoring the team, defining best practices, and delivering high-performance applications that power our core platforms.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coding, architecture, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend development for complex product modules and systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team comprising backend and frontend engineers, ensuring alignment, code quality, and delivery timelines
