Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our team, ideally an experienced professional passionate about Java development, cloud technologies, and microservices .
Location: Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (Hybrid – 1 day/week on-site)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Work with Kubernetes and Docker to ensure efficient container orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver microservice solutions
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
