What you'll be doing

  • Managing our Kitchen and Facilities team, providing strong performance management, coaching and mentoring
  • Overseeing delivery of planned preventative maintenance and ensuring all statutory compliance
  • Managing service contracts including cleaning, security, waste and catering suppliers
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address maintenance needs quickly
  • Standing in for chefs when needed and ensuring food hygiene, safety and allergen compliance
  • Managing contractors to ensure work is safe, professional and good value for money
  • Taking responsibility for sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency and food waste reduction
  • Acting as a key holder with responsibility for duty management, including weekends
  • Supporting the events team with setup and breakdown of rental spaces
