Worldline Greece is one of the largest acquiring services companies in the Greek market which was established as part of the new strategic partnership between Eurobank and Worldline.

Within the 2nd Line of Defense Compliance team, Worldline is looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Officer that will work for the Greek regulated entities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist and coordinates with the sales team
  • Assist the Front Office team
  • Operate day-to-day activities strictly following department’s procedures
  • Operate day-to-day operations following the operating memorandum and Service Level Agreement in place
  • Ensure all the customer paper work is completed before creating a new acquiring account and ensure to send activity to sales team for any missing document
  • Enter information about customers’ requests into internal systems
  • Compile and verify the accuracy of information received and prioritize it according to the source of data for registration
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Manage Archiving procedure

    Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Fluency in reading and writing in English
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and conflicting demands for service simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills including telephone and email correspondence
  • Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis skills
