As a
Back Office Administrator
, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and overall satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and complaints, and providing administrative support throughout the order process by reviewing and verifying all relevant paperwork and documentation.
