Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, you will manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include handling back office processes, assisting with documentation, and facilitating communication between departments. Additionally, you will support customer service functions and contribute to the smooth functioning of internal systems.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and handling administrative tasks
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for managing data and generating reports
  • Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities for managing workflows and priorities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and basic IT tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail
  • Graduate degree in any relevant field; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
